If I uninstall Smart Image Optimizer app, what will happen to my images?

If you stop using or uninstall Smart Image Optimizer app, your images will remain optimized in Shopify. You can also restore all optimized images before uninstalling our app.

We store your original images in at least 30 days for the Free Plan (View the detailed backup information in the App Pricing). After that number of days, the original files can’t be retrieved (as we may delete them to make room for other stores).

If you uninstall our app, you can only restore your original images if installing our app again.
