How to restore images

In case you aren’t satisfied with the optimization results and want to retrieve back the original images. Don’t worry! We store your images in at least 30 days after the optimization process (or more days depending on your Subscription Plan).

Please note that, after the backup days end, you won’t be able to restore your images.

Go to Backup to see all of your original images in 4 tabs: Products Images, Collection Images, Article Images and Asset Images.

Please click Restore all products images to retrieve all product images. Then click OK.

In case the amount of image is too big, you can always click Get Support and send a request to us. Our technical team will send you a zip file of all of your original images.
