1. Why should I upgrade to a higher plan?

The Free plan provides basic features to try out the compression process. You got 50 free images free to get started. The app guides you through the process with step-by-step instruction and reports the total image

However, optimizing images requires a lot more. If you’re serious in making all your image more lightweight, better SEO and better protection, you should consider some TOP benefits when upgrading to a paid plan:

• Full access to optimize all images types: product, collection, asset, blog featured images... (even images out of Shopify - Custom Upload feature)

• Set up Image ALT for better SEO (Why ALT important?)

• Convert PNG to JPG

• Watermark on images to mark your copyright

• Image backup to restore your original image (Why image backup matter?)

2. What is the billing rule?

Payment will recur monthly (strictly follow the Shopify billing policy). If you want to stop your subscription for the Paid plan and go back to using the Free plan, please uninstall and reinstall the app.

3. Does the app have trial days?

Sorry, but like most image optimizer apps on App Store, our app doesn’t have a trial day. (Due to the special features of the app)

4. Is there any other extra fee?
