How to downgrade from Paid Plan to Free Plan

We’re sorry to know that you no longer want to keep your subscription for the paid plan. If there are any unfortunate issues, you can always contact us via support@secomapp.com and we’ll try to clear out problems as soon as possible.

To downgrade back to the Free Plan, please follow this instruction:

  • Step 1: Uninstall the app. By this way, your subscription for the paid plan will be canceled.

  • Step 2: Install it again and enjoy the free plan.
