What to do when it says “Session expired”

If you are using Safari, please switch to a different browser: Chrome or Firefox.

In case, switching browser doesn’t solve the issue, please try the following instruction:

• Step 1: Enter the URL: https://io.secomapp.com/add_app

• Step 2: Fill in your Shopify domain and click Install.
